05 Buckhead is a high rise, 155 unit luxury residential tower at the prominent intersection of Peachtree and Piedmont Roads in Atlanta’s Buckhead district. In deference to an adjacent hotel, a two-story open volume was created in the building’s lower floors offering an open portal to the hotel entrance. A 5,000 square foot rooftop terrace offering unrestricted views of Atlanta to the south and the mountains to the north is also a prominent feature of the building. This multi-function terrace provides an outdoor gathering space for parties or individual use along with a health club, rooftop pool and garden. A 1,200 square foot meeting room opens onto the terrace and provides additional functionality to this rooftop amenity. The residences are in five distinct configurations and are designed in the style of luxury urban lofts.
