As Design Director of the Interiors Department at designONE studio, Katrina brings over 13 years of professional experience in the Hospitality Industry, ranging from High-end luxury hotels and restaurants to full and select-service projects. She shares the responsibility of managing the interior design studio with an active role in mentoring the talent, project management, quality assurance and quality control, budget management and business development. Working on projects of varying styles, scales, and budgets has allowed her to gain a wide range of experience and versatility as a designer. Katrina is a cum laude graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a Minor in Ceramics.
Katrina is a licensed Interior Designer and has obtained her NCIDQ certification.
Katrina’s design inspiration comes from the evolution and fluidity of our craft. She sees the ability of hospitality design to consistently reinvent itself as what keeps this industry exciting and our minds creative.
